RPM @ Home Services is seeking professional sales agents to help a growing Canadian home services company with 8 offices nationwide. We specialize in attic insulation and attic mold treatment, helping homeowners improve the comfort, safety and energy efficiency of their homes.
Seeking friendly, motivated individuals to join the residential sales team. No previous experience is required- Full provided training.
What You’ll Do
● Meet with homeowners through door-to-door outreach in residential neighbourhoods
● Introduce our home improvement services
● Generate interest and book homeowners for a free, professional attic assessment
● Work alongside a supportive team with daily guidance from experienced managers
Your role is simply to connect with homeowners and book appointments. Our in-house technicians handle the professional assessments and installation work.

What to Expect
● Start each day at the office to meet with your team and get organized

The process typically takes approximately up to one week from the initial appointment booking to completed installation, helping keep the sales cycle moving.
